Perfil de la organización
Teacher training is one of the concerns of the Universidad Nacional del Santa, particularly the Faculty of Education and Humanities.
In this sense, our faculty has the responsibility to train teachers for the Peruvian educational system and, specifically, for the requirements of educational development in the region.
The Faculty of Education and Humanities constantly fosters change, as it is essentially an institution that practices scientific research and the development of the humanities.
Those of us who direct this academic institution are committed to achieving university accreditation, with the aim of guaranteeing access to the workforce and professional fields for graduates who demonstrate both ability and ethics for the benefit of the country.
Our students are characterized by being professionals with the ability to learn, to renew themselves, and to master their subject matter, being didactic, having good methodology, being tolerant, and transmitting a positive set of values, in order to educate their future students and provide them with comprehensive development.
The objective of this faculty is to provide each of its students with a comprehensive, humanistic, scientific, and technological education within a framework of ethical values and in line with the expectations and demands of the modern world.
To date, we have been training professionals who now work efficiently throughout the country as teachers, principals, and staff members in various public and private institutions.
