Abstract

The purpose of the research was to analyze the collaborative digital platform to improve electronic government in public entities in Peru. Its design is based on being experimental, of a pre-experimental type, 50 participants were taken into account, who applied an instrument of 15 items that passed validity (two experts on the subject) and reliability (α = 0.791) and was obtained as a result that when verifying the levels before and after the application, differences were found where the predominant level is the medium (before = 60%, after = 58%) and a high level was also found with 40%, of the electronic government after the implementation. Likewise, under the non-parametric Wilcoxon test, it was found that the digital platform did improve the perception of electronic government (mean before = 30.04 and mean after = 36.72), in addition there were highly significant differences (p <0.01).
