Fisheries Biologist, graduated from the National University of Trujillo, Master in Marine Sciences obtained at the University of Oriente (Venezuela), candidate for Doctor in Biology at the National University of Santa (Peru). Experience in cultivating tropical fish (Oreochromis and Colossoma) at the Ahuashiyaco Fishing Station (Tarapoto, Peru). IIAP-Tarapoto Branch researcher in tropical fish management. Since 1988, he has been teaching in the areas of Aquatic Biology and Environmental Impact at the School of Aquaculture Biology of the National University of Santa. Author of books: Diagnosis of the Villa Maria wetland (Chimbote, Peru) and Genesis of the disturbance of El Ferrol bay (Chimbote, Peru). Currently oriented to the study of biofouling of marine crops (Argopecten purpuratus) in long line systems.
