I also teach in training programs, allowing me to contribute to strengthening teaching capacities. My professional experience abroad as a social trainer in Mexico, California (USA), and Ecuador consisted of giving lectures on the radio, television, and presenting workshops that have allowed me to obtain a multicultural richness in professional interaction and coexistence that I can use today by applying innovative pedagogy from an intercultural, humanistic, and scientific perspective in the classroom. I am currently conducting research in the field of education and personal development with the aim of making innovative pedagogical proposals for the continuous improvement of students. Working in education allows me to strengthen my knowledge, make pedagogical proposals, develop as a researcher, improve my professional skills and grow personally through the achievement of my students; always employing continuous improvement of educational quality ISO 21001.
