Doctor of Science in Aquaculture. With experience in aquaculture production, molecular biology, bioinformatics, genetics, microbiology and massive sequencing technologies. Currently, using NGS tools such as genomics, transcriptomics and metagenomics to deepen the understanding of biological processes in species of aquaculture and fishing interest under a climate change scenario with the aim of maximizing their production or conservation. Involved in ecotoxicology to understand the immune response of marine invertebrates under the presence of contaminants such as hydrocarbons and heavy metals. Focused on the study of the genetic diversity of species of aquaculture and fishing importance. Consultant on issues of aquaculture production, conservation and use of second and third generation NGS tools.
