Agroindustrial Engineer and current Master's student in Fisheries and Agricultural Industry Management at the National University of Santa. Specialized in Quality Engineering, Processes, Continuous Improvement and in the Occupational and Environmental Safety Management System (SSOMA) from the UNALM. I identify myself as a person with a good level of study and academic performance (Higher Fifth), I also have excellent leadership skills, adaptation to change, discipline and initiative when carrying out my work activities. My main objective is to contribute my knowledge efficiently and responsibly to my country. I have 4 years of experience in different companies in the canning, fish flour and fish oil sector. In the field of Research I have experience as an assistant in the Research Unit of the Faculty of Engineering of the UNS; also in the formulation of R&D&I projects; belong to the III research hotbed in Agroindustrial Technology and carry out research in the field of the following topics: technological characteristics of grains, flours, extrudates and fats; food analysis, thermoplastic extrusion, formulation of new products, Andean cereals, pseudocereals, legumes, ORAC antioxidant activity, rheological behavior and pastas, sensory analysis of foods and statistical methods.
